For my three cups drawing I chose to arrange the cups in a  triangle formation. I chose to arrange the cups like this so you could see which objects were farther away and which were closer. The furthest away object will have the highest base height. Which means it will be farthest away from the horizon line. I centered the cups evenly in the middle so the spacing did not look weird. I also made the proportions the same as the real cups were. Overall in the short amount of time I had, I think I did pretty well on the 3 cups drawing.
