For my charcoal drawing I chose to draw a portrait. I chose to draw this because it was a more difficult picture to go off of. One example of something I did well would be the line quality of the hair. I  think that it was nice how I made the curls in the hair noticable. A thing I could work on is probably learning how to use charcoal better, it was difficult for me to draw the detail in the facial features.  Overall I liked how this drawing came out but, I like graphite better because it is easier to put more detail in.
